How do I personalize my order?
Choose a design from our catalogue and click on a link to get to editing directly on our website. It is possible to enter your custom text, names and dates, change fonts and colors of the design. If you have any questions or a special request that isn’t listed, feel free to contact us before ordering—we’ll do our best to accommodate it.
Where can I upload my own design?
Click on ‘’Create Your Design’’ and choose from our various matchbox sizes. Upload Your files and make sure You are happy with the placement as it will print as shown. You can choose the same design for both sides of the matchbox or use different ones for each side. However we recommend to use the same color background for Your designs as it will result in a neater result.
I want to have an artist-made design
Looking for something unique? We can create a custom design for You! Choose ‘’Artist’s design’’ and fill in a form including details such as names/surname You want to use, a date, a location. Describe Your design idea or theme, preferred colors or style (if there are any specific colors You would like to use, please also list hex codes).
Will my order look as it does in the customizer preview screen?
The mockup of Your design shows exactly the size and placement as will be printed on the item. Please note that the matchboxes are quite small items and You can see the dimensions listed when choosing the product. Please take in consideration that colors might be slightly different when printed, as screens callibrations can vary.
Can I see a proof before production?
Digital Proof is an additional service which includes our team printing Your design and checking it’s text size, spacing and alignment, as well as color visibility. It is an additional process that costs 10$ and we will e-mail You a PDF file with the result.
Will colors be exactly as shown?
Please take in consideration that colors might be slightly different when printed, as screens calibrations can vary.
How long will it take to produce my order?
Orders are typically processed within 5 business days. Need it sooner? Choose our Express Production option, and your order will be produced the next business day.
How long it will take to deliver my order?
Usually it takes about 1-2 weeks from the moment we produce your order until it is delivered to you. We use FedEx tracked delivery and You will automatically get your tracking number once it’s shipped.
Standard shipping:
Delivery usually takes up to 7 business days within the EU and up to 14 business days for destinations outside the EU.
Express shipping:
Delivery usually takes 1-2 business days within the EU and 1-4 business days outside the EU, depending on the exact delivery location.
If you are unsure about your order arriving on time, please contact us before placing an order and we will confirm the estimated delivery time for your location.
Can I order from anywhere in the world?
Yes, we offer international shipping via FedEx.
Please note:
Depending on the destination country, additional taxes, customs duties, and import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
What happens if my order does not arrive on time?
Here at Perfect Occasion Store we always try our best to make sure your order arrives when you requested. We are responsible for shipping your orders out on time, but we can not take responsibility for any delays or packages lost by shipping carriers. However we can help to locate a lost package and file a claim for the package. FedEx is not responsible for deliveries not made due to emergency weather or other emergency conditions out of their control; we are also unable to reimburse for packages not delivered on time due to these emergency conditions. If you are unsure of what delivery method to choose, feel free to contact us!
What happens if I want to change a design?
Please make sure to carefully check design before ordering, as we do not take responsibility for proofreading spelling and grammar. If You already made an order but noticed any mistakes, please contact our team as soon as possible. If the printing process has not been started yet, we can still cancel it. Once the items have been printed, we can not make any changes to Your order and it will be sent as is.
What if I want to cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. We will evaluate your request, but as we personalize items just for you, once the printing process has started, we can not cancel any orders. Depending on how far we are with production of your order, non-refundable fees still will apply:
If you ordered an Artist’s Design and our designer has already completed the design work, the design fee is non-refundable;
If your approved design has already been prepared for printing, a $15 pre-production fee is non-refundable;
Once your order has been printed, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded. The order will be shipped as produced.
Can I return a personalized product?
Orders that are custom made are non-returnable, so please make sure to proofread any text in your design. We do not take any responsibilities for typographic errors or colors differing from your computer screen. However if the item is damaged during shipping, arrives faulty or design is different than shown in your mockup, we will exchange it and ship it to you with no additional cost.
How do I request a replacement or refund?
Please contact us via e-mail within 7 days of receiving your order and we will try to solve the issue as soon as possible.
